1. Who we are and what this covers
RoMotion (“we”, “us”) runs romotion.app, a website that turns text prompts into animations for Roblox R15 characters, plays them in a 3D viewer, and lets people share and sell them on a Marketplace. These terms apply when you use the site, make an account, buy credits or a plan, or use the Marketplace. By doing any of those, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use RoMotion.
2. Your account
- You need to be at least 13 to make an account. If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to use RoMotion, and they need to make or approve any purchase.
- Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person, one free account. Making extra accounts to get more free generations isn’t allowed.
- RoMotion isn’t made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Roblox and R15 are Roblox’s trademarks.
3. Generating animations
- Animations are made by AI motion models run by other companies (currently Uthana and NVIDIA Kimodo). Prompts may be checked and reworded by an AI model before they’re sent. Results can be wrong, odd or different from what you asked for, so check them before you use them.
- Free accounts get a small number of free generations each week, as shown on the Pricing page. Everything else costs credits. The price is shown before you generate, and if a generation fails, its credits come back automatically.
- Don’t use prompts to make content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, violent towards real people, or that breaks Roblox’s rules or the law. We may block prompts and remove animations that do.
- Don’t try to break, overload or get around the site’s limits, payments or security, and don’t use bots or scripts to generate in bulk without our permission.
4. Who owns what
- Your animations. As between you and us, you own the animations you generate, as far as anyone can own AI output. You can use them in your Roblox experiences and other projects, including commercial ones. AI output may not be protected by copyright in some places, and similar prompts can produce similar motion for other people, so we can’t promise anyone else won’t have something alike.
- What you give us. You let us store, process and show your prompts and animations so we can run the service: generating, saving your history, showing previews, and (if you publish) listing them on the Marketplace.
- Our stuff. The site, its design, code, viewer and the RoMotion name and character belong to us.
5. Credits and plans
- Credits are a way to pay for generations and Marketplace animations on RoMotion. They aren’t money, have no cash value, can’t be cashed out or moved to another account, and only work on RoMotion.
- Credits you buy or get from a plan don’t expire while your account is open.
- Plans (Creator, Studio) renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then go back to Free. Credits you already got stay yours.
- Prices are in US dollars and may include tax where required. We may change prices for future purchases and renewals; we’ll show new prices on the Pricing page before they apply, and email plan subscribers before a renewal price changes.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
6. The Marketplace
- Only publish animations you made on RoMotion or otherwise have the right to share. You’re responsible for what you publish, including its title, description and tags.
- By publishing, you let RoMotion show your animation, its preview and your username publicly, and let people who download or buy it use it in their own Roblox experiences and other projects. They can’t resell or re-publish the animation file as their own.
- When someone buys your animation, the credits go to your account (minus any Marketplace fee shown at the time). Credits from sales can be spent on RoMotion but can’t be cashed out yet.
- You can unlist or remove your animation. People who already bought it keep their copy.
- We may remove listings that break these terms or that someone reports with a valid claim.
7. Ending things
You can stop using RoMotion and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the free allowance, or reverse payments with chargebacks. If we close your account for breaking these terms, unused credits are lost. If we shut RoMotion down entirely, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice and refund unused purchased credits from the last 90 days.
8. No guarantees
RoMotion is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every animation will work in every Roblox setup. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law where you live.
9. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits or lost data), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as RoMotion changes. We’ll change the date at the top, and for big changes we’ll tell account holders by email or on the site before they apply. If you keep using RoMotion after that, the new terms apply.
